The restaurant was formed in 2016. It is called after our sons nickname 'Bonoo', and inspired by the concept of eating a variety of small portions of healthy authentic food at home . The restaurant is all about people eating together and sharing food they love. Our guests enjoy a cosy but vibrant colourful, atmosphere for creating memorable moments with friends and family. A graduate who trained at India’s most prestigious hotel management institute before taking his role at Hyatt hotel Delhi then quickly moving to a position of senior chef at The Taj Hotel, Mumbai.
